If day 0 becomes something controlled by the UN MAG, then we will need
to invent day -1.

Oh, but the Bestbits meeting is already day -1, so we would need to
move that to day -2.

etc...

We should find an independent way to get Day 0 events funded, but one
free of UN MAG constraints.
