IGOVUPDATE - Monday, 4 November 2013, 1300-1430 PST
Featuring an update on IGF 8 from Jari Arkko and Andrew Sullivan.

Technical Plenary - Wednesday, 6 November 2013, 0900-1130
Featuring discussion on "Internet Hardening" led by Bruce Schneier, 
Brian Carpenter, and Stephen Farrell, including what we know about the 
various attack and monitoring techniques being used by NSA and other 
governments, and potential IETF activities.
