[bestbits] Fwd: Public Consultation on the ITU 2016-2019 Strategy

I agree. I was wondering if anyone had any insights into this
process. As far as I can see only 6 comments have been made. I also
don't see any questions or other points that the ITU may be seeking
responses on. It seems particularly unstructured and poorly
communicated despite it being (potentially) very important.
