[Governance] IGF 2023 - CS Event gathering

Hey all, thanks for the replies here (:

Im happy to work on updating the template with the help of one or two of us
if needed! Main question is whether we mean to keep doing the day zero
event as tradition says or if we want to innovate this year with a Town
hall ?

Either way, happy to work on Sheetal's template - as we have been doing it
collectively in the past years. @Michaela Nakayama Shapiro
<michaela at gp-digital.org> can you send it to us ? I did not see any
documents linked or attached (but might be my phone).
