[Governance] GDC Deep Dives - CSO Coordination

Just to note, shortly after it started, my last minute simulcast of today's
session was halted mid-stream by co-facilitator Ambassador Claver Gatete,
who said such activity was expressly forbidden.

I will write in and see if I get the prohibition lifted on future sessions.
