[Governance] IGF 2023 Draft timeline

Dear IGC,

Happy new year !

Today the MAG kicked off the IGF 2023 process and I wanted to take some
time to share with you relevant dates for this year.

First of all and as a reminder, it's important to mention that the 2023
Edition of the Internet Governance Forum will take place in Kyoto, Japan,
from 8th to 12th of October. Since Kyoto is a highly visited city it might
be worth taking a look at hotels for these dates already.

Moving on to the MAG/IGF Timeline, the following dates might be worth of
your attention during the 1st semester:

21 december - 31st January 2023 - IGF Community Call for Thematic Inputs

1st February - Launch of Intersessional Work*
8 - 10 March - 1st Open Consultations and MAG meeting (Vienna)
20 April - 20 July - Call for Remote Hubs and Village Booths
01 April - 20 May - Call for Sessions
26 May - 17 June - Workshop and other sessions evaluations

With regards to the Intersessional work, theres an open (and informal)
deadline until next week for submission of new intersessional work
suggestions or continuation of the current ones. In case you'd like to
suggest something feel free to contact a MAG member or IGF Secretariat.

That's it for now with regards to the IGF, once we have new changes to the
timeline I'd be happy to send updates here. In case you have any doubts
