Dear Bruno

The Technical Community and the Civil Society have so far been conservative
in supporting regulatory proposals, out of concern for the unintended harm
that could potentially result from well meant legislation. You have
proposed to endorse the Fake News legislation, attached the text, but it
would be helpful if you could attach a summary of your rationale as to why
the International Organizations ought to stand in solidarity to support
this regulation (and whatever that would follow.)
