[Governance] [apc.members] Ian Peter

So sorry to hear of the passing of Ian Peter.

We never met in person but I worked with him closely a couple of years ago
as part of the IG Civil Society Coordination Group that he co chaired a
while ago.

I led two CSCG NomComs selecting CS nominees for the IGF MAG and he was a
great support for those processes.

May he rest in peace!
