[Governance] Letter of intent of engagement in appointment of digital cooperation

Hello everyone,

I'm writing to inform you that IGC is one of the signatories of a letter
that was just sent to the United Nations Secretary-General on the topic of
engagement with the Digital Cooperation Roadmap efforts.

The letter is a statement of commitment to a more inclusive Digital
Cooperation Roadmap Recommendations implementation process, as well as the
Tech Envoy appointment.

We believe it's utterly important for Civil Society collectives such as IGC
to engage with the Digital Cooperation Roadmap implementation, and look
forward to discussing this on the list.
