[Governance] FYI - IGC list move

Dear all,

The list has been moved. From now on, please use the address

governance at lists.igcaucus.org

to send messages to the list, and if you wish to adjust
your subscription settings (or unsubscribe), go to

https://lists.igcaucus.org/mailman/listinfo/governance

and click "unsubscribe or edit options" and on the following
page use "Password reminder".

NB: The old list has not yet been removed but it has been frozen,
so that it will accept no new messages.

If you have any problems let me or the coordinators know.
(Unfortunately I may reply slowly during the next week,
your patience is appreciated.)
