[governance] FYI - IGC list move

Dear all,

I'm writing  to inform you that we are moving the IG list to our server
next week. We have already migrated the archives. This migration is long
overdue and makes it easier for us to access the list and manage it. It
will also make various automations possible, in particular integration with
our main Wordpress site, as well as the Limesurvey used for voting and
other polls.

Bruna and I will moderate the list, with Tapani and Akinremi's support. We
will also administer the list between us.

This won't change your access to the list and there is nothing you will
need to do as a subscriber to this list. For your information as well, the
archives are public by default and the subscriber list is by default open
to other list members, but not to the public.
