Hello Parminder,

From my understanding, when we talked about the elections on IGC mailing
list, Bruna and Arsene on the list told us that they will go and discuss it
with each other and get back to us on possible paths forward. They did not
make a decision, but also the update was not received, which I think we can
fix it and your point is taken.  But this has nothing to do with discussing
the charter amendment. Which we discussed on the list briefly and some
rightly told us that we should follow the charter amendment procedure.

I agree with your point all these issues should be discussed on the mailing
list.
