[governance] Go Live - IGC New Website Launch Announcement

Superb team. The Website is splendid.  It opens well on Firefox, Chrome and
Edge.

 Maybe during updating the Website, it may be useful to

   1. Add years they served (e. g.  2007-2009) to the names of the
   wonderful past coordinators listed on *About-Co coordinators page*;
   2. Delete from *IGC Charter page* the first line ‘IGC Charter’, and
   maybe put IGC in parenthesis between the full name and Charter on second
   line which then becomes the page heading, thus: Internet Governance Caucus
   (IGC) Charter.
