Thanks Arsene for adding me to the group.

Hi everyone,

My name is Berhan Taye. I'm an Ethiopian working on freedom of expression,
access to information, and privacy as a Mozilla Fellow. My current research
focuses on the role of intermediaries and telecoms in internet shutdowns in
East Africa.

Happy to e-meet you all, and feel free to get in touch with me if you have
publications/experience to share on my research topic.

Best,
