My focus is now around impact of internet access- what does it mean to individuals to be connected? My thematic research areas are youths and gender focused. Recently completed a comparative study based on 2008 and 2012 nationally representative household data on access and use of mobile technology and the internet by youth. I have engaged quite extensively on meaningful gendered participation within the internet governance space.</div><div><br></div><div> I hope our research can be useful to this group and to get critical engagement on our work.
