[governance] Results from IGC co-coordinator elections

I do not know how to say this but it is necessary to recognize the
intelligence with which Deirdre to assume this responsibility during a
really difficult time.

As the one and the others have said, and I added that Analia has done a
splendid job of mobilization and motivation.

Now the young Arsène is elected, he not only deserves but must assume because
it is not easy to coordinate the exchange online with a multicultural
and multilinguiste
civil society.

This is a very big responsibility.

Courage and we will always be together.

Congratulations to all colleagues and friends of our platform. For over a
decade we are still active.
