[governance] National & Regional IGF initiatives section updated on Wikipedia

Deidre,
In my earlier email I pointed out that I had just updated the existing
sub-section of the IGF wikipedia page where regional and national
initiatives are listed.
I noticed several national level initiatives were either missing
altogether and/or had missing URL’s. I proceeded to attempt to update
the information and seek to find out what else needed revising. I will
gladly add the details you mention.
That being said, I believe that the information listed be expanded with
far more details so researchers, internet users and others know what (or
not) what type of IG related events are occurring at a national and
regional level.
Would you and others involved in national and regional level activities
have some time next week to chat with me? If so, let me know so that I
can follow-up with you directly.
