Belated congratulations and message of support from me to Ginger. Thanks
for being willing to take this task on Ginger. I have complete
confidence in you and know that you have a huge community out here who
trusts you and who will be willing to help as needed.

And thanks to Ian for being the inaugural chair, for working hard, and
for helping us towards increasing accountability and transparency - not
at all an easy task -  but one that we needed to start and that we have
to continue with.

You have left us with a grounding on which to build.
