[governance] CSCG represesntation for CSTD selection process

Dear Arsene,

I do copy what it was sent by the CSCG (Ginger) as the next steps that it
will follow until presenting the final 5 candidates to the UN:

*"We do not have a deadline, but as Peter (Major)would like to announce the
members of the WG on 31 March, and I assume he will need our list before
then, we must get a call for nominations out as soon as possible.*

*I will draft a suggested email for your comment and our use, and suggest
the following timeline for your comment:*

*by 29 Feb: Finalise draft of call for nominations to be used/adapted,
including criteria for selection of nominees.*
*by 29 Feb/1March: Send out call for nominations to all member groups, and
as widely as possible.*

*by 15 March: Deadline for submission of candidate names from member
organisations and any other groups/individuals who want to be considered*
*by 15 March: Constitution of the CSCG NomCoM (in case it is different from
the CSCG *representatives for any reason)

*Probably by 22 March: Final selection of 5 CS representatives (assuming
Peter (Major)will want the names more or less by then)."*

Therefore, I think in the next days we will launch from the IGC the call to
present your proposals and then send the list to our internal candidates to
the CSCG.

If you have any question, please do not hesitate to ask. If I do not know
the answer, I will ask the CSCG without any problem :)
