We could for one IGF spend the money on regional and hubs and alleviating
access bottlenecks and hold it on the internet?

If I were watching this in South Africa were most affordable fixed line
broadband is limited (hard capped) I could afford maybe one to two
workshops or one plenary max. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to
stream multiple workshops at once from DE. Unfortunately at this time of
year there is also a hard cap on my time and attention.
