Hi Broda,

   Very sorry I couldn't provide input into the IGC workshop proposal but I
must commend the work done so far.

   It would be my pleasure to attend remotely if possible moderate
remotely. Hope that won't pose any challenges.

    Have applied already for the fellowship you shared with me but as it is
now, I do not see any green light that's showing my onsite attendance. If I
couldn't make it I will be there remotely and with you on stage.

    Thanks for all your efforts to make this work. I believe in you, Arsene.
