If it's a regular mailman, it would simply a question of setting your
moderate switch on.

But the situations begs the larger question, unless your email has been
hacked which I doubt, it means the spoofer has harvested both to and from
addresses from http://lists.igcaucus.org/arc/governance - then why just you?

And why are the email addresses in that archive not-munged, like is common
practice?
