The IGC server needs to be upgraded to patch it against the recent Ghost
(CVE-2015-0235) vulnerability.  I'm going to take care of this on behalf
of the co-coords, but since we were several operating system releases
behind, this will be a bigger system upgrade than usual, with a bigger
chance of things going wrong.

Therefore please expect some disruption to the list and the website over
the next 6 hours.  Thanks!
