We all expected that the Wuzhen Declaration would be read out at the
closing ceremony, but that did not happen.
Later, at the lunch reception, MInister Lu Wei said in an informal
conversation "oh, we don't call it a Declaration, since you do not agree
with" to an American guest.
It remains to be seen, however, if they will still announce it at the 3 pm
Press Conference (or not).
