[governance] URGENT: Call for candidates to IGC co-coordinatorship

Thanks Mawaki,

Though it would be a great experience being an IGC coordinator, I'm
not ready for the responsibility this time round. Maybe after a year.
If I take it, I risk spreading myself too thin.
