[governance] URGENT: Call for candidates to IGC co-coordinatorship

Mwendwa, I got excited for two reasons: 1) that there was a reply to this
thread, and 2) seeing your name and thinking there we have a good
candidate! Oh well, I guess I'll have to be a little more patient on this
one. Thanks for your nice words anyway.
