attachments might download as .bin, change the file extension to .xsls.  

MAG member's comments don't seem consistent from one proposal to the next.  Disappointing to see from Secretariat's email that "12 open forum requests + 7 Dynamic coalition requests + 4 best practice sessions" will be given slots with seemingly no evaluation or criteria. But perhaps MAG will tighten things up during this meeting in Paris.
