[governance] NETmundial registrations - deadlines

Hi everyone.

A reminder that a first round of invitations to attend NETmundial were sent a few days ago and there is a strict deadline for completing the registration form.  

The form is a unique URL for each applicant, I cannot send a link.

It is still not possible to guarantee travel support at this time: if you requested travel support, please complete the registration before the deadline and wait for more instructions about support.  Do not delay registration.
