And it should become an imperative for this group to be able to 
publish (from time to time) materials (like Pouzin's) which are 
readable by non-specialist eager to understand what is at stake.
Reaching out to civil society to explain what is at stake in Internet 
governance should be also our duty and the only way democracy become 
real, with or without multistakeholderism.

I take the opportunity to congratulate a Colombian NGO 
(http://karisma.org.co/) who have published an excellent introduction 
to IG that can help people from outer circles to understand the 
stakes involved in discussions which are often too specialized for 
them to participate:
