Dear McTim

When Jeremy was one of the cocos, online voting has been used to get the 
sense of the group..

Getting organised under the ICANN umbrella for an important global 
meeting, and quite likely staying like that subsequently, is, as I said, 
a constitutional issue for this group, and civil society in general. 
Such a decision, or stopping it, needs forming  a direct connection with 
the full membership..
