[governance] Closing ceremony - CS speaker - URGENT

Ok, from what I see from De's call for nomination, the "next 24 hours" have
already ran out since Aug. 20 (my time) which is the date of the post.
I would guess some of the IGC nominees are among the names being considered
right now for short list by the CS committee.
