If I had registered, I would have given my nation of origin at
registration, but since I am not there, I didn't give anyone
permission to use this data.   What if every single comment were to be
discounted or weighted more because they came from a certain
geography? We are talking in this case about ideas (objections or
reservations or support of them) So in this case, no.  I want a
meritocracy, where ideas stand or fall based on how good they are, not
their origin.
