[governance] High-Level Panel Organizes to Address Future of Internet Governance

Let us say it is a set of people with a rather different world view.  I don't see any reason to doubt their qualifications though.  Jimmy Wales possibly because he's not a "regular" in these circles but then again, a lot of things which get consensus among the usual suspects tend to break down when exposed to a larger audience, so that is not necessarily bad.

Still - the release does say they plan to expand membership. So do feel free to put names forward and see what works.
