Actually we don't need more talking about each other on the IGC list,
we need to get to the point where there is significantly less of it.

Therefore I hereby request that if this thread is continued, it should
be returned to its substantive discussion topics, such as whether the
Internet enables tax avoidance, whether it is desirable to take any
actions (such as a reform of tax systems?) to reduce tax avoidance
oriented uses of the Internet, whether and how given the fact that
opportunities for tax avoidance are sometimes ruthlessly exploited,
multistakeholder Internet governance arrangements should be designed for
robustness against potential attempts to exploit weaknesses, etc, etc.
