Good point.

In sure that the reports of the various IGC NomComs are another
worthwhile source. I don't know whether there is anything
analogous in other stakeholder categories for selecting representatives
for representation in multistakeholder WGs etc.

I'd suggest that after discovering and gathering should come analysis
and evaluation, taking into account in particular the systemic
perspective to which Baudouin has pointed us recently.
