So much for international law and compliance by rich countries, even in the case of poor countries being precluded from protecting people living with HIV despite legal rights to do so....the us is even being obstreperous after Antigua won a case and decided to cross retaliate on intellectual property rights, international law and rules are poor protection against politics...
