[governance] IGC Supports EFF Objection [For Immediate Release]

Kindly find the Press Release citing our support for EFF's Objection.
Please forward these to every Tech Organisation, media outlet, blog and
national media agencies. The idea is to ensure maximum circulation. The
Release will be published on the IGC website alongside the statement.  For
journalists who are members of the IGC please send to your own networks and
feel free to cite.
