How to do this? The more things change the more they stay the same.
Legitimacy has been a third world issue, but now takes on a different garb.
Will the non binding IGF be able to overcome its past prejudices and deal
with this issue in what form or colour but recognise that there can be no
internet regulation without representation? There aint no Tea Party on this
list... what we have is a mixture of pro corporate ideas and activism on
relevant issues without the systemic dimension... hey that is the dimension
that economists missed when the financial crisis happened...
