Dear Nick,

I agree that the fact that these companies have denied involvement may 
need to be highlighted. However, I'd very much appreciate that while 
making such a posting as above you declare your job as representing the 
interests of at least some of these companies. Unlike what you may 
assume, not every reader would know that. This is a normal tenet of 
public discussions. Thanks.
