Dear Prof Ang Pen Hwa,
Thank you for sharing important information. 

By the way, it was first time when Budget Projection (proposed budget and funding detail) to organize IGF was published well before the event.
As you mentioned the reason of constraint of enough budget, most of the caucus members would be interested in detail a PDF File is available to download http://igf2013.or.id/about-igf-2013/
 
We are missing an opportunity for the enhanced cooperation, interaction and sharing common problems and related information. 
However, I guess that upcoming APrIGF-2013 at Seoul will become more attractive for the IGF's prospective participants and speakers of AP region.
