In view of the lack of response here, while active drafting is taking
place in other fora, e.g. BestBits, I'm getting close to drawing the
conclusion that IGC will not submit a statement to the US Privacy and
Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB).
Anyone who disagrees with this conclusion should please respond by July
27 at the latest. (The deadline for submissions is August 1.)
