My understanding is CSTD will make a call for nominations sometime in
late February.

First, member states will propose their members (4 from each region
plus representatives of Tunisia and Switzerland as WSIS host
countries).  Once the govt members are decided, there will be a call
to find 5  representatives from business, civil society, technical and
academic community and from intergovernmental organizations.

So the caucus NomCom should be in place by mid-February.  And we can
think about criteria.
