No votar o votar en blanco, es rehuir responsabilidades con lo que propone
esta comunidad... Quizás no se este de acuerdo pero hay mecanismos como: la
sustentación del porque no se esta de acuerdo...Mas me parece que se han
infiltrado ideas en contra de la libre información por Internet...
