PS: But then, different cultural.. frameworks have different behavior, 
like. Some places will first shoot you, then ask if you want a drink. 
Other still will ask you if you want a drink, then shoot you. As the 
saying goes in my country "different people, different ideals".

PPS: I now understand, by the way, why in traditional technical 
instruction the Administrator is referred to as "she". :-)
