Yes. To recall how I put when our list was 'cowboy wild west' discourse, 
in order to be succinct, ICANN seems to be more adaptable to demand than 
our civil society status quo-ists.

So much about categories, hope there is greater understanding due to 
this precision, as they say in America corporate speak, going forward.
