Dear Alice,

This is an excellent example of a region exercising leadership and working in collaboration to grow a robust information society within African region. I went through the material and I congratulate the Working Group for increasing its efforts to strengthen and build systems that will encourage meaningful participation into the various Policy spaces within ICANN.

I like the metrics and the Draft SWOT Analysis and this should encourage other regions to organise the same.
