*Good morning McTim,

I said no "concrete" evolution.* *MoU and AoC may be evolutionary in
wishful thinking at best, if not cosmetics. Did you notice **ICANN's
"evolution" in its wholly hypocritical stance when stalling the bulgarian
cyrillic ccTLD ? Opaque non decisions, silly arguments. And to top it all,
blatant violation of the Tunis Agenda. Miserable.*
