Undoubtedly, all efforts should be directed to establishing a constructive
dialog, which should not be dependent on the price of oil, but guided by
universal human values. The IGF is particularly aimed to promote these
universal human values.


Our common wish at this moment is the fulfillment of the goals of the 7th
IGF and its successful completion.
