In the African region (and in others) we are encouraging gov't
stakeholders to participate in our discussions.

This is happening, one example I gave was the AfGWG inside of AfriNIC.

Lots of gov reps participated in our latest meeting.

Am happy to see gov'ts involved, just NOT "in control" per se.
