Thank you very much. I think these are very clear, objective points that
may help to move forward. I think that the chair of the drafting exercise
(when chosen) should have access to it.

That was certainly not the tone or the content of my intervention (sent to
the list), and I think that it was not the content of the interventions of
the other speakers from IGC. But since you were not specific, it is hard to
make any other comments.
